Everything we currently offer in Navajo County is around Show Low, in the White Mountains at roughly six thousand four hundred feet: acreage northeast of town toward White Mountain Lake, and a subdivision lot inside Eagle Crest on Silver Creek. This is four-season country with real winters, cool summers and ponderosa, pinyon and juniper cover.
Outside the town water system, rural parcels rely on private wells or hauled water. Several of our acreage parcels have already been perc-tested, the soil test Navajo County requires before it issues a septic permit; a passed perc test removes the biggest unknown about whether a parcel can take a conventional septic system. Inside Eagle Crest, water, power and sewer are at the lot line.
Some of our parcels share a boundary with Arizona State Trust Land. That is not park land and not national forest: the Arizona State Land Department manages it to raise money for public schools, leases much of it for grazing, and can sell or lease it for other uses. Today it is open ground behind the fence; treat that as the current situation, not a guarantee. Recreating on it requires a state permit.
The Apache-Sitgreaves National Forest is a quarter mile from our Mustang Lane parcels and wraps much of the area. White Mountain Lake and Show Low Lake are minutes away for fishing and paddling, and the Sunrise ski area is about an hour east. Winter brings snow; whether a parcel has year-round access is stated on each listing.
Show Low is the largest town in the White Mountains, with a hospital, big-box retail, a regional airport and the services a full-time resident needs.
